Strategy website

I’ve developed every iteration of the strategy website since 2004, but the most recent version had to allow registered users to leave comments on specific objectives.

WordPress was chosen due to its reliability, and ease of deployment. Time was a major factor, as the website had to be built, tested and live within a three week window.

Key features

  • Active Directory (AD) authentication to allow members of staff to leave comments.
  • Fully interactive strategy map linking to individual objectives.
  • At-a-glance KPI (Key Performance Indicator) progress updates.
  • Complex parent / child hierarchies to allow for improved grouping of objectives, with simpler navigation for visitors.
